“Hello? Is there anyone there? Helllloooo?”
SO YES! Hello! I realize that after a 7 month absence, the chance that anyone is still out there checking to see if I updated is very slim. I’m so very very sorry. Those who know me will know that there have been a lot of changes in the last 7 months and know why I couldn’t be here. Not that I didn’t want to be here. There were many times that I felt like updating but didn’t. I just couldn’t bring myself to do it; somehow it just didn’t seem right.
I’ll try to explain. In these 2-3 years of posts I had a partner in crime. That partner in crime is no longer with me. That isn’t to say that he died or got eaten by bears or anything tragic, but rather that the two of us have decided to forge different paths. This blog was just as much his as it was mine (I certainly embarrassed him enough with the pictures in it). To continue on with this blog without him doesn’t seem, well, appropriate. I’ve decided the best course of action would be to move to different blog – a fresh start if you will – and close this chapter. The new blog won’t be ‘new this weekend’ type things either. I don’t know what it will be about quite honestly. Maybe it will just be a blog.
Thank you to everyone who has read these pages and hopefully had a laugh. I hope I can make you laugh again.
